FLOORPLAN

The floor plan is assigned. Please see Aida or Elena when you arrive. We retain the right to make the final decisions regarding booth assignments. Floorplan may change.

loading & unloading

Setup cannot interfere with customer experience and will not be tolerated during open times. This rule will be strictly enforced.

Loading & unloading are conducted through the front entrance of the building. There will be pylons set up in the 3 spots directly in front of our front door; these are placed here FOR vendors. You can move the pylon when you pull into the spot.

LOAD IN

Friday: (Saturday vendors only) 1 pm - 7 pm
**Saturday vendors, if you plan to set up Friday, please send us an email letting us know what time

Saturday 8:30 am - 10:30 am

Sunday 8:30 am - 10:30 am

TEAR DOWN

Saturdays 5 pm - 7 pm

Sunday 5 pm - 7 pm

Please pack up your booth before bringing your car to the parking lot.

*Let’s all work together for a smooth set-up and tear-down*



DISPLAYS

Please bring any display items, tables or chairs you need for the event. These are not provided.

WALLS

We allow vendors to attach signage or merchandise to the walls in our space. We can supply you with tacks or small nails. Some areas only have brick walls, so please let us know before sticking hooks to the wall.

CHANGE ROOMS

We have a permanent change room set up.

** DO NOT send folks to the washroom to try on inventory. Straight to jail **

The washroom is for vendors & shoppers. Please keep this area clean and inform staff of any issues right away. 

GARBAGE

We take garbage very seriously at Next Door. We have a marked garbage bin in the back hallway next to the washroom which includes:
PAPER | WASTE | PLASTIC (+CANS) | COMPOST | DRINK TROLLEY
Please put any food waste in the compost and please separate paper and plastic items. If you have large amounts of garbage, please keep it until the end of the day or bring it to Elena to dispose of.

STAFF ROOM

The staff room is available to use for vendors only. We have a Keurig (bring your own pods, compostable preferred), plates, cups and cutlery (if needed), and room to store lunches, etc.

We have a microwave for your use as well; it is located in the back room. Ask Aida & Elena for access.

PARKING

DO NOT park in customer parking - this is for shoppers ONLY.

There is a paid parking lot on Preston Street next to the Adult High School. The lot is called 301 Preston St. Parking (map), and parking is $2 on the weekend.

Street parking is also available; it’s free on Sundays. Your vehicle is your responsibility. Please park according to the city of Ottawa regulations. We are not responsible for any parking tickets.

We no longer have access to the parking spots behind our building on Loretta Ave.
