An all-levels yoga practice to reconnect to your centre and reset the nervous system. Some light breathwork and emphasis on gently releasing tension in the neck, spine and hips.

Kundalini yoga + mini sound bath with Tristen @ 3 pm
Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses.
Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti. This is a spiritual energy that’s said to be located at the base of your spine.
Beginner - intermediate level
