Attendee Guidelines
THE BASICS
Tickets can be purchased ahead of time or at the door.
Check-in desk opens at 10:30 am
Drop in anytime between 11 am - 5 pm
Bring up to 10 items
One token = One item
When you are done shopping, take your items and tokens to the cash-out desk.
Additional items can be purchased for $5 each.

Check out desk can take the fee before shopping begins, after check-in.

In excellent, wearable condition
Free of stains, holes, heavy wear, or strong odours
Current, vintage, or timeless styles welcome

Items will be lightly inspected at check-in

Arrive and bring your items to the check-in desk; doors open at 10:30 am
Our team will review your items.
You will receive 1 token per approved item.
When the swap opens, use your tokens to shop the racks.
1 item = 1 token
Bring chosen items to the checkout desk and hand in your tokens.
If you would like more items, than tokens, they are $5 each
All funds go to Hope Cornerstone Housing for Women 💜

At the end of the event, remaining items will be donated to a local organisation. Guests may not reclaim unswapped items. Please only bring pieces you are comfortable parting with.

To keep this experience enjoyable for everyone we ask you to:
Be respectful of others’ space.
Limit yourself to one of each item style during the first round.
No hoarding piles — choose thoughtfully.
Only 4 items in the change room at once.
